Sample estimates and takeoffs are available on request. We do not publish them, because every set contains a client’s drawings, quantities and pricing – and those belong to the client, not to us.

What we can send you

• A redacted estimate workbook showing our Excel structure and level of detail
• A sample marked-up plan sheet showing how quantities are color-coded
• A sample scope-and-exclusions letter as we would send it with a bid
• A blank version of our deliverable template, so you can check it fits your workflow

How to request one

Email info@novaestimation.com or call +1 518 974 7222 and tell us which trade or project type you would like to see. We will send a redacted sample the same business day.
