Construction estimating & quantity takeoffs

Accurate estimates.Confident bids.

We turn your drawings into numbers you can bid from — every scope measured, marked up on the plans and priced to the project’s zip code.

Detailed Estimates

Line-item breakdowns built from your drawings, not square-foot averages.

Accurate Takeoffs

Every quantity measured from the set and marked up so it can be traced.

Trade Expertise

Each division estimated the way that trade is actually measured and bid.

Professional Deliverables

Excel, PDF and marked-up drawings, organized the way a bid gets used.

What we estimate

FAQs

Common questions

If yours is not here, an estimator will answer it the same business day.

01What do I need to send you?

The drawing set, the specifications, any addenda issued so far, and the bid date. PDF, DWG or a plan-room link all work. If something is missing we tell you what we need rather than guessing at it.

02What is included in a takeoff?

Measured quantities for every scope in your package, a color-coded mark-up of the plans so each quantity can be traced, scope notes with exclusions and assumptions, and an RFI list of anything the drawings do not answer.

03Can you use our cost book and labor rates?

Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.

04What software do you work in?

Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Trimble and Excel, with delivery in Excel and PDF as standard. If your team works to a specific format, send it over and we match it.

05How does pricing work?

Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription. Dedicated estimating is a separate monthly arrangement.

06Which regions do you cover?

All 50 states, with pricing adjusted to the project zip code rather than a national average.
