Do these cost more than a standard estimate?
Pricing is still per project and quoted up front. The quote reflects the deliverable, not a premium for the label.
Do you need anything different from us?
For BIM work, the native model or IFC export. For scheduling, your sequence constraints. For insurance work, the loss documentation and photos.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
