For subcontractors

Where the estimate earns its fee.

A subcontractor wins or loses work on one division, so that division has to be measured the way the trade actually builds it. We take off your scope in your units, price it with your labor rates and markups, and return the marked-up plans so your foreman can see exactly what was counted.

  • Owners who are also the estimator

Get the measuring off your evenings so you can run the work.

  • Losing bids by small margins

Accurate quantities mean less padding and tighter, defensible numbers.

  • Scope creep after award

Inclusions and exclusions written down before you sign.

What you receive

Everything you need to bid. Nothing you have to redo.

Every estimate ships as the same four-part package, on the first job and the fiftieth.

Can you use our crew productivity rates?

Yes, and we recommend it. Your production rates are the most accurate labor data you have.

Which trades do you cover?

All 31 trades on this site, from concrete and framing to fire alarm and low voltage.

Can you help us bid more GCs on the same project?

Yes. One takeoff can be formatted for each GC's bid form.

Can you use our cost book and labor rates?

Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
