The drawing set, the specifications, any addenda issued so far, and the bid date. PDF, DWG or a plan-room link all work. If something is missing we will tell you what we need before we start rather than guessing at it.
Measured quantities for every scope in your package, a color-coded mark-up of the plans so each quantity can be traced, scope notes with exclusions and assumptions, and an RFI list of anything the drawings do not answer.
We work in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Trimble and Excel, and deliver in Excel and PDF as standard. If your team works in a specific format or template, send it over and we will match it.
Pricing is per project and quoted up front - no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription. You approve the fee before any work starts, and you are invoiced once the estimate is delivered.
Quantities are measured directly from your drawings and checked by a second estimator before delivery. Pricing uses current material and labor costs adjusted to the project zip code, and we state the basis of every number so you can audit or override it.
