What this service does.
A priced estimate is only useful if it is organized the way you will actually use it on bid day. We measure every division from your drawing set, apply material and labor at the project's zip code, and carry waste, productivity and markups as visible lines instead of hiding them in a square-foot rate. The result is a number you can submit and an estimate you can still edit the night before it is due.

Line-item level, organized by CSI division and then by assembly. Each line shows the quantity, unit, material cost, labor hours and labor cost, so you can see exactly what a number is made of.
Can you estimate from an incomplete drawing set?
Yes. We price what is drawn, list what is missing as an RFI, and carry clearly labeled allowances for the gaps, so nothing is assumed silently.
Do you include general conditions and overhead?
If you want them. We can carry general conditions, insurance, bonds and fee as separate lines using your percentages, or leave them out so you can apply your own.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
