How trade takeoffs work

• You send the drawings, specifications and the bid date
• We quantify your scope and color-code the mark-ups back to the plans
• We price it with your cost book and labor rates, or with current zip-code adjusted regional data
• You receive Excel, PDF and the marked-up set, with exclusions written out
• Turnaround is normally 24-48 hours

A full multi-trade package is a construction estimate rather than a trade takeoff. If you are a subcontractor bidding one scope, you are in the right place.
