Overview
What this service does.
Site work is priced from the civil set, not inferred from the architectural plans. We measure cut and fill against the existing and proposed grids, balance the site before pricing, and quantify utilities, paving and site concrete so the work outside the building line is never a guess.
Who it’s for
- Site-development contractors
- Utility and paving subcontractors
- Developers pricing land improvements
What’s included
- Cut and fill volumes balanced by area
- Storm, sanitary and water utilities
- Paving, curb and site concrete
- Erosion control and SWPPP items
- Haul and import/export quantities
What you receive
Everything you need to bid. Nothing you have to redo.
Every estimate ships as the same four-part package, on the first job and the fiftieth.

FAQ
Civil Estimating, answered.
Talk to an estimator
Not a salesperson. Same-day answers on working days.
+1 518 974 7222[email protected]How do you calculate earthwork?
From the existing and proposed surfaces using a grid or TIN comparison, with topsoil stripping, shrink and swell applied as visible factors.
Do you need CAD files?
CAD or surface files improve accuracy for earthwork. PDFs work for utilities, paving and site concrete.
Do you include dewatering or rock?
Only where the geotechnical report supports it. Otherwise we list it as an exclusion or allowance so it is visible.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
