Leveling sub quotes is slow when every sub has priced a different scope. We build scope sheets and bid packages from measured quantities, so every subcontractor prices the same extent, then level the quotes that come back line by line. Gaps, exclusions and outliers become visible before award, when they can still be fixed for free.

What happens when a sub excludes part of the scope?
We flag the exclusion and price the missing piece from our own quantities, so the leveled comparison is like for like.
Can you level bids from a job we did not estimate?
Yes. We take off the relevant scopes first so there is a measured baseline to level against.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
