What this service does.
Commercial projects carry the most coordination between trades, and the most room for a scope to fall between two of them. We estimate shell, core and tenant improvement work separately, roll up repeat floors once and verify them, and keep every division's boundaries written down so you can see who owns what.

Yes. Tell us how you need it split and the quantities are measured that way from the start, not reallocated afterwards.
How do you handle bid alternates?
Each alternate is priced as an add or deduct against the base bid, with its own quantities, so you can accept or reject them independently.
Do you price healthcare-specific systems?
Yes, including medical gas, nurse call and specialty MEP, measured from the relevant specification sections.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
