Yes. Concrete is broken out by mix, by element and by placement method, such as pump or direct chute, because each carries a different cost.
Is rebar included in a concrete takeoff?
It can be measured by weight alongside the concrete, or delivered separately if rebar is a different subcontract.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
