Pricing
A fixed fee. Quoted before any work starts.
Every project is priced from its own drawings. The quote is free, comes back within the hour on working days, and nothing is measured or charged until you accept.

How pricing works
No retainer. No minimum. No subscription.
Quoted from your drawings
Send the set and the bid date. An estimator reviews the scope and returns a fixed fee — not an hourly rate that grows.
Fee and date within the hour
On working days you have the price and the delivery time within the hour, so you can plan your bid around it.
Pay per estimate
Use us for one bid or fifty. For steady volume, a dedicated estimator is available month to month.
What sets the fee
Four things decide the price.
We tell you which one is driving the number, so you can trade one off against another.
- 01
Size of the set
Sheet count and drawing density — a 12-sheet tenant improvement is not a 300-sheet hospital.
- 02
Number of trades
A single-division takeoff costs less than a full estimate across every CSI division.
- 03
Turnaround
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours for most projects. Tighter deadlines are quoted when you need them.
- 04
Deliverable
Quantities only, a fully priced estimate, or bid leveling and scope sheets on top.
Included every time
Every fee includes all four.
Every estimate ships as the same four-part package, on the first job and the fiftieth.

Pricing questions
About the fee.
Talk to an estimator
Not a salesperson. Same-day answers on working days.
+1 518 974 7222[email protected]Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because the same price for a 10-sheet set and a 300-sheet set would overcharge one client and shortchange the other. A fixed quote from your actual drawings is fairer, and it comes back within the hour.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Reviewing your drawings and quoting the fee costs nothing, and there is no obligation to accept it.
Do you charge for addenda?
Small addenda issued before your bid date are usually included. Substantial redesigns are quoted as a change before any work is done.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Contractors who send regular work can move to a dedicated estimator on monthly terms, which lowers the cost per bid.
