We use your information to review your project, quote and deliver the estimate, reply to your questions, and improve the website. We do not sell your information.

Your drawings

Drawings, specifications and pricing you send are treated as confidential. They are stored on access-restricted servers, used only to prepare your estimate, and never shared outside our estimating team. We sign your NDA on request.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the website and email (for example our hosting provider), under their own confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project files for as long as needed to support your bid and any follow-up questions, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
