Overview
What this service does.
When the design lives in a model, the quantities should come from it. We extract quantities from the BIM model, check them against the sheets, and link them to cost, so a design change and its price move together. Model gaps are reported back to the design team rather than filled with guesses.
Who it’s for
- Design-build teams
- Projects with model-based contracts
- Owners requiring 5D reporting
What’s included
- Model quantity extraction (Revit, IFC)
- Model-to-sheet verification
- Cost linked to model elements
- Change tracking between model versions
- Model gap report for the design team
What you receive
Everything you need to bid. Nothing you have to redo.
Every estimate ships as the same four-part package, on the first job and the fiftieth.

FAQ
BIM & 5D Estimating, answered.
Talk to an estimator
Not a salesperson. Same-day answers on working days.
+1 518 974 7222[email protected]Which model formats do you accept?
Native Revit files and IFC exports. Navisworks files are also useful for coordination checks.
What if the model is incomplete?
We report what is missing or under-modeled and measure those items from the sheets, labeled clearly as sheet-based.
Can you compare cost between model versions?
Yes. Each model drop is reconciled against the last one, with the cost delta reported by element and by division.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
