Overview
What this service does.
A schedule and an estimate built from different assumptions will disagree eventually. We build critical-path schedules from the same quantities as the estimate, so durations reflect real production rates and the schedule can be cost-loaded for pay applications and cash-flow forecasting.
Who it’s for
- Contractors needing baseline schedules
- Owners requiring cost-loaded schedules
- Projects with schedule specifications
What’s included
- Baseline CPM schedule
- Durations from measured quantities and production rates
- Cost-loading for pay applications
- Schedule updates and look-aheads
- Delivery in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
What you receive
Everything you need to bid. Nothing you have to redo.
Every estimate ships as the same four-part package, on the first job and the fiftieth.

FAQ
CPM Scheduling, answered.
Talk to an estimator
Not a salesperson. Same-day answers on working days.
+1 518 974 7222[email protected]Which scheduling software do you use?
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. We deliver native files plus PDF Gantt charts.
Can you cost-load an existing schedule?
Yes. We map your activities to the estimate and load the cost, then flag activities with no cost or cost with no activity.
Do you provide monthly updates?
Yes, on a monthly or per-pay-application basis, including progress, a critical-path review and a narrative.
Can you use our cost book and labor rates?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your historical costs reflect your crews and your suppliers better than any published average. Send the template and we work inside it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per project and quoted before any work starts — no retainer, no minimum volume and no subscription.
